Who You Are
You’re passionate about travel, about Lake Tahoe, and about InvitedHome. You have strong ties to the local community and as a natural-born networker, you make friends wherever you go. Additionally, you have 3-5 years experience with solutions-based and/or major-account sales of high-dollar assets. You understand that closing deals over a long sales cycle starts with a deep understanding of your clients’ needs, and finishes with a strong relationship based on trust and mutual agreement of success. In short, you become their trusted expert in the vacation industry.
How You Can Help
Your focus will be on growing the number of beautiful homes within our portfolio. To date our growth has been mostly word of mouth, so this is a rare opportunity to build on an amazing reputation. Our homes are typically valued between $1 – $10 million, meaning our homeowners are very successful individuals. You will be working with these potential clients in a very consultative process, learning about their needs, to effectively bring them onto our program.
