Who We Are

InvitedHome is the next great hospitality brand, combining the service and consistency of fine hotels with beautiful private homes in amazing destinations. We believe vacations are essential to the soul. We believe every person deserves to be treated like a human being. We believe in always staying ahead of our competition. And we believe a team of people who share those values can become the undisputed leader in vacation rentals by putting the joy back into home ownership and creating priceless memories for anyone, anytime, anywhere.

Who You Are

You have at least seven (7) years of leadership experience in hospitality operations with responsibility for managing people (recruiting, training, etc.) and finances (P&Ls, budgeting, etc.) within an organization known for its superb guest experience. You’ve  supervised housekeeping and maintenance departments before, and any time you’ve spent in property or asset management would be a big plus. You’re an inspired leader who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, and with your enthusiasm, charisma, and positive energy you can easily rally a team around group goals and high standards. Your hefty bag of tricks includes tremendous communication skills, an excellent eye for organization, and a keen commitment to delivering consistency time and time again. Most of all, your dedication to customer service means you’re willing and able to work a flexible schedule, even on nights and weekends, to ensure all our homes are properly prepared, all our projects are on track, and all our guests and homeowners are snugly tucked away in a cocoon of luxury.

How You Can Help

As an InvitedHome Director of Operations in West Florida, you’ll have the autonomy to act like a “CEO” of your local operation. This means you’ll be responsible for the soup-to-nuts operations, ensuring we deliver on our promise of a premier traveler and homeowner experience. Yes, both. So what’s the best way to succeed? We suggest adhering to our Four Pillars of Progress: Loyalty, Growth, Profit, and Team. Allow us to explain:

LOYALTY: IH’s goal is to create the most loyal group of homeowners and guests in the industry by providing consistently fantastic experiences.

GROWTH: IH has grown over 900% in the past 2 years alone, and we’re looking for people who are excited to help propel us along this incredible trajectory.

PROFIT: Intelligently managing the destination and making smart fiscal decisions will lead to significant profits (which we believe in sharing).

TEAM: All of this is only possible by building a talented, well trained team that’s guided by a strong leader.  Does that sound like something you can do?

How Else?

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Leading the housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality service teams by holding them accountable for meeting and exceeding InvitedHome standards and KPIs.
  • Building, managing, motivating, growing, and retaining a great local team of top-notch talent that is cut from your cloth and can execute your vision brilliantly.
  • Controlling the destination’s P&L, helping us double it in the next couple of years, and then sharing how you succeeded with everyone else.
  • Solving problems with ease, communicating clearly, and maintaining an insatiable hunger to only provide the best experience possible.
  • Driving loyalty and growth by building relationships – old and new – with our owners, guests, the surrounding communities, and any other relationships that come your way.
  • Working with our centralized Homeowner Experience Team and directing the  local operations team to manage our homeowner’s concerns, needs, and wants; providing a personalized touch when needed.
  • Uniting with our consolidated Guest Experience Team and guiding the local hospitality services team to govern the overall guest experience from the initial booking through the post-trip satisfaction survey.
  • Partnering with our Sales Team to create new business in the form of adding more luxury homes to the IH portfolio (and then sharing in the increased profits).
  • Monitoring third-party vendors and contractors to guarantee that work is correctly performed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Sharing MOD (manager on duty) coverage and providing glitch resolution.
  • And most of all, delivering a 5-star, luxury experience by ensuring every guest walks into a well-prepared, well-maintained, well-presented, and well-received home.
