Who You Are
You have at least seven (7) years of leadership experience in hospitality operations with responsibility for managing people (recruiting, training, etc.) and finances (P&Ls, budgeting, etc.) within an organization known for its superb guest experience. You’ve supervised housekeeping and maintenance departments before, and any time you’ve spent in property or asset management would be a big plus. You’re an inspired leader who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, and with your enthusiasm, charisma, and positive energy you can easily rally a team around group goals and high standards. Your hefty bag of tricks includes tremendous communication skills, an excellent eye for organization, and a keen commitment to delivering consistency time and time again. Most of all, your dedication to customer service means you’re willing and able to work a flexible schedule, even on nights and weekends, to ensure all our homes are properly prepared, all our projects are on track, and all our guests and homeowners are snugly tucked away in a cocoon of luxury.
