Who You Are
You have at least ten years of experience in luxury real estate, vacation clubs, or home exchange programs with organizations known for their superior level of guest satisfaction. Fractional timeshare experience is a plus. You’ve built a career on driving growth in burgeoning companies. You’re a true expert in creating loyalty strategies, and then methodically implementing those strategies, through testing, measurement and refinement. You’re willing to do whatever it takes to reach homeowners and convince them that they need not only our service, but our benefits.
You know how to build a top-tier luxury program that anybody would jump onboard for, with an approach that is so refined and sophisticated that clients and homeowners inherently trust the company.
How You Can Help
You will be tasked to build and develop a Home Exchange program to offer to all our current homeowners as a benefits package, ensuring that every owner of a luxury vacation home knows they should be working with InvitedHome. You will do this by working with the Homeowner Experience and Marketing Teams to develop and exciting and exclusive benefits program that helps differentiate InvitedHome from competitors.
With several thousand homes as your base you will work with sales and marketing leadership to grow this business unit of InvitedHome into the undisputed leader in vacation homes worldwide.
