You have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of account-management experience. Your colleagues are amazed at your attention to detail and the thoroughness with which you follow up and follow through on your commitments to clients. You’re able to maintain a positive relationship with your clients while keeping the best interest of the company in mind.  You’re genuine in your approach, and you can diffuse a difficult situation by reassuring clients that you’ve got it handled. Whether you’re responding to a homeowner’s question about a maintenance project, or reaching out to introduce a new perk for our clients, Owner Relations teammates play a pivotal part in keeping our homeowners informed, satisfied, and happy. How? Here are just a few ways:

  • Build strong relationships with current and prospective homeowners through ongoing verbal and written communication
  • Onboard new homeowners into the InvitedHome portfolio
  • Effectively analyze and communicate information to owners about revenue, rates, and marketing
  • Collaborate with business partners to improve home revenue performance and marketing targeted at reduction of homeowner attrition.
  • Provide owners with advice on improvements they can make to their homes that will result in a better guest experience and increased overall revenue
  • Field owner requests for maintenance and improvement as well as proactively communicate about projects at their homes
  • Work closely with on-site operations teams to stay up to date on what’s happening at homes
